Unsurprisingly, one of the first compounds that they consider is Dianabol.

Dianabol or D-bol is one of the most famous anabolic steroids in the world and for good reason too.

It is inexpensive, it doesn’t take pinning and it works!

But it’s not a compound that you can start taking one fine day. Dianabol is a very powerful drug and one that must be treated with utmost respect and caution.

If you have been considering taking Dianabol, then here are 7 tips that will help you tide through your maiden cycle without too many problems.

#1 – Get Legitimate Dianabol

Dianabol is one of the cheapest anabolic steroids in the world. So it’s very unlikely that the stuff that you buy off an underground lab will be counterfeit.

But, you never know. Always do your due diligence about any supplier before you buy steroids.

Don’t buy from the biggest guy in the gym. Speak to friends or colleagues who might be using. Speak to your trainer for recommendations.

If you get legitimate Dianabol, you can predict and minimize the side effects to a great extent.

#2 – Start with a low dose

Recently, we read on a messaging board that said that 50mg/day was the ideal starting dose for Dianabol.

We do not recommend more than 15mg/day for a first timer.

You can stretch that to 20mg/day. But definitely not more than that.

Only an experienced user with multiple Dianabol cycles under their belt should consider 50mg/day or more.

To put this into perspective, even an IFBB pro won’t use more than 80mg/day of Dianabol. So if you start with 50, you are precariously close to that dose. Your body might not be ready for it.

  1. Your estrogen levels can spike suddenly putting you at an increased risk of developing gynecomastia. There are instances where men have discovered the formation of breast tissue overnight. It can be that sudden.
  2. Your body can hoard water to the point that your blood pressure will spike to unsafe levels. Not to mention that you will look like an inflated balloon.

An AI helps counter both these sides. It will help you dial your estrogen levels down and it will help you control the bloat to an extent.

#4 – Do not do a solo Dianabol cycle ever

As tempted as you might be to do a low dose Dianabol solo cycle, do not do it. Dianabol will crash your testosterone levels in a couple of weeks and you will feel weak, lethargic and unable to lift weights.

Not to forget that you will lose all the water and glycogen that you gain during the cycle in a week or two after you come off the drug.

So you will inflate like a balloon and deflate like one.

Instead, club it with a low dose of testosterone. So by the time the testosterone kicks in, which will be by week 4 or 5, you will already have made some great gains with Dianabol.

Alternatively, you can use it at the end of your cycle when you may have plateaued.

#5 – Do not run a cycle for more than 6-weeks

That’s the maximum time that you should run a Dianabol cycle for.

If someone tells you that you can run it for 8-weeks or 12-weeks like a conventional injectable steroid cycle, ask them to skedaddle.

#6 – Always use liver supplements while using Dianabol

Dianabol is extremely harsh on your liver and it needs all the support that it can get during the cycle to avoid more serious problems.

Use TUDCA, NAC, milk thistle and a complete cycle support supplement like N2guard. Do your bloodwork before you begin the cycle and a week after you stop using Dianabol.

If your liver values are poor before cycle, do not use it.

Do not drink alcohol during the cycle and for a few weeks after it.

Ditto with cardiac support. Dianabol will tank your HDL levels while increasing your LDL levels. So bump up the fish oil supplements during the cycle.

#7 – Run a proper PCT
